Have you been driving for Uber or delivering for Uber Eats? If so, you can log in to the driver’s dashboard and get your Uber 1099 Tax form.
Please note, Uber only issues Form 1099 to drivers who earned more than $20,000 during the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
If your earning was less than $20,000 you can still get your annual summary in the dashboard.

The annual summary statement will show the total income you made with Uber.
